ASSURANCE CRITERIA

Most developers we assess are in the pre-sale phase, which means we cannot evaluate the current project’s quality, delivery timeline, and other immediate metrics. However, we can examine the developer's track record including legal compliance, quality of completed projects, the reliability of their delivery schedules, and, most importantly, overall customer satisfaction and experience.

New developers are regularly entering and exiting local markets. Even if a developer is well-established elsewhere, the unique challenges of local development necessitate a cautious approach. Consequently, AAA Property Shield does not certify first-time developers in a local market, advising against the investment risks associated with such untested entities. This policy underscores our commitment to ensuring investment security and fostering a trustworthy real estate environment.
