Team primary focus was bridge financing for national and international investment projects, including renowned ventures and FIBRA -supported initiatives.

Expanding my expertise, I ventured into the mortgage sector, serving financial institutions such as Banorte, Scotiabank, and BanBajío. Here, I took charge of title transfers for diverse real estate developments, prioritizing exceptional service standards.

A significant highlight was collaborating in the vertical housing sector, engaging in every aspect from land acquisition and fiduciary services to anti-money laundering compliance, construction contracts, credit acquisition, and comprehensive title coordination for the entire development.

With over 28 years of entrepreneurial success and a proven track record in opening, operating and scaling businesses, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. 

The idea of AAA Property Shield emerged from many conversations wtih legal and real estate experts, to address the many pitfalls often encountered in our local real estate market.  

We wanted to create a standard of excellence, to give investors a better option rather than taking a chance on a product being sold to them.

Sean is a successful serial entrepreneur and very focused on data.  Over the past couple of years, he has been focusing on real estate in Quintana-Roo and throughout Mexico. Properties in Mexico vary in price a great deal from area to area and it is important to know what price point you are purchasing compared to similar properties.  Having seen 100s of properties for sale throughout Mexico and now building the first MLS for Latin America, Sean helps you evaluate the market values of homes that are of interest to you.

Sean also helps buyers evaluate the rental potential of their investments by comparing the property you are interested in purchasing with other similar properties using a product called “AirDNA”.  Once a development is approved, Sean will help promote the development through his social media platform.
